DO I NEED TO REGISTER TO ATTEND WOMAN, THOU ART LOOSED?
Yes. Everyone must register to attend all workshops and sessions of Woman, Thou Art Loosed.
Is the cost of my hotel room(s) included in the registration price?
No. REGISTRATION DOES NOT include the cost of your hotel room(s).
What is your cancellation, refund or change policy?
All purchases are final and payment in full is required at time of registration. In order for us to bring you continued value, we cannot provide refunds or exchanges.
Can I change a name or give someone else my badge?
No. Name changes are not permitted and registrations for this conference are non-refundable. We cannot make any changes to your reservation once your purchase is complete.
Will The Potter’s House provide ground transportation at any time during Woman, Thou Art Loosed?
No. You are responsible for your own transportation during your time at this event as well as to and from the airport. You are also responsible for your parking fees.
Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
Yes. You should receive a confirmation letter and badge(s) via US Mail prior to the conference. Multiple registrations may be received at different times.
What should I do if I have not received my confirmation letter and badge prior to the conference?
Call Customer Service at 1-800-Bishop-2 to confirm your registration. The operator will update your account. Your account notes will be available to the representatives at the conference and your badge will be available for pick-up on site. Bring any receipt or payment confirmation with you to Registration at the conference (i.e. cancelled check, online confirmation, bank or credit card statement).
